Donations and digital items
Donations are voluntary and support the project. Items and services are delivered digitally to your game account/character after payment is confirmed by the payment provider.
Refunds
- If an order could not be delivered (for example the server is unavailable or the target character is invalid) and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, you are entitled to a full refund of that order.
- Once an item or service has been delivered, it is non-refundable, except where mandatory consumer law gives you a right of withdrawal or another remedy. For EU consumers, delivery of digital content that begins with your express consent may end the right of withdrawal; the checkout will ask for that consent. [Owner/legal adviser to confirm wording.]
- Chargebacks or refunds through the payment provider revoke the associated delivery where technically possible, and may lead to account suspension.
